Budget estimate

$10,000 – $30,000

Based on typical market rates for licensed lead‑risk assessments (approximately $500–$1,500 per inspection), the 20 required assessments could generate a contract value between $10,000 and $30,000. This range accounts for variations in local labor rates, travel costs, and the vendor’s profit margin, as well as the inclusion of all freight costs in the unit price.
