Description
The Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing is seeking a contractor to provide Housing Navigation Services for Region 4, which includes Archuleta, Dolores, Hinsdale, La Plata, Mineral, Montezuma, Ouray, San Juan, and San Miguel counties. The contractor will be responsible for providing housing navigation services to individuals with disabilities and the elderly, including coordinating rental assistance vouchers, administering housing navigation services, and providing community outreach. The contract is expected to start on January 1, 2026, and end on December 31, 2026, with a total duration of one year. The contractor will be paid a fixed price of up to $169,000.
