The Texas A&M University System is seeking bids for a complete electron‑beam evaporation system to support laboratory research, including optional upgrades, consumables, and installation services. The system must process multiple substrates, deposit micron‑scale metallic films, and include lift‑off domes for 13 × 4‑in. and 5 × 6‑in. wafers, a 12 kW power supply, substrate heating to 250 °C, and controlled gas‑bleed capability.
