The Chicago Housing Authority is issuing an Indefinite‑Delivery, Indefinite‑Quantity (IDIQ) professional‑services contract to provide architecture, engineering, and related consulting services for its multi‑year capital‑improvement program. The IDIQ covers eight prime‑consultant categories (architectural design, civil/landscape engineering, structural engineering, MEP/IT engineering, facility needs assessment, vertical transportation, sustainability consulting, and cost‑estimating). Work is structured in phased design‑build cycles—from pre‑design through construction administration, close‑out, and warranty support—and will be awarded via task orders over a three‑year base period with two optional one‑year extensions.
