Description
The US Air Force is seeking capabilities from businesses to provide sports officiating and scorekeeping services at Beale AFB, CA. The contractor will be required to furnish all personnel, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to plan, manage, and accomplish the services. The performance period will consist of one 12-month base year and three 12-month option years. The contractor must provide complete and professional staffing for all scheduled sporting events, ensure that officials possess valid certifications, and enforce rules fairly and impartially. The contractor will also be responsible for managing game documentation, safeguarding government property, and complying with base access and security procedures.
Some key requirements include:
• Providing proof of official certifications prior to the start of each sports season
• Submitting incident reports within one duty day of an incident
• Ensuring 100% of scorebooks and score sheets are accurately completed and signed by officials
• Presenting a neat appearance in professional officiating attire and maintaining professional conduct
• Complying with all base access and security procedures
