Covert Concealment Audio/Video Recorders

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Saul Mineroff Electronics, Inc. for the acquisition of covert concealment audio/video recording devices. The devices are for field operational use and are vendor-specific, with Saul Mineroff Electronics, Inc. being the only vendor that supplies these replacement parts. Vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements may submit a capability statement, which will be considered by the Agency.
