Replacement of the existing water‑cooled chiller, cooling tower, and related mechanical and electrical systems at 660 Ackerman Road, Ohio State University. The contractor will handle demolition, hazardous‑material (asbestos) abatement, installation of a new 350‑ton centrifugal chiller, new pumps with VFDs, new chilled‑water and condenser‑water piping, electrical power and control upgrades, and full commissioning. The project must meet prevailing‑wage, EDGE diversity, domestic‑steel, and OSHA/EPA regulations, and adhere to a 238‑day substantial‑completion schedule.
