The Indian Health Service (Billings Area) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide firm‑fixed‑price preventive‑maintenance, repair, and emergency service‑call support for dental equipment at the Northern Cheyenne Service Unit in Lame Deer, MT. The effort covers a one‑year base period with up to four one‑year options, requiring monthly maintenance visits and up to four emergency calls per year. Contractors must be authorized to service the specified dental equipment brands and must comply with OEM warranty requirements, applicable FAR/HHSAR clauses, and the Service Contract Labor Standards wage determination.
• Scope includes preventive‑maintenance on A‑dec, Dentsply, Cavitron and other listed dental devices, minor‑repair parts replacement, and emergency response (≤ 48 hrs).
• Service schedule: 12 monthly PM visits per year; emergency calls capped at four per year (estimated).
