Description
The County of Los Angeles, Executive Office of the Board of Supervisors is seeking qualified agencies, firms, individuals, or principals to enter into Master Agreements with the County to provide an array of Consulting and Professional Services (CAPS). The selected vendors will be awarded a Consulting and Professional Services Master Agreement (CAPSMA). The term of the CAPSMA shall be for five (5) years from the time of execution, with two optional one-year extension periods. The County reserves the right to amend or cancel any Solicitation, or any part thereof, by written addendum.
• The County is seeking qualified vendors to provide consulting and professional services.
• The selected vendors will be awarded a Consulting and Professional Services Master Agreement (CAPSMA).
• The term of the CAPSMA shall be for five (5) years from the time of execution, with two optional one-year extension periods.
• The County reserves the right to amend or cancel any Solicitation, or any part thereof, by written addendum.
• Vendors must meet the Minimum Requirements as indicated in the applicable RFS.
• The County may reject any or all Responses submitted in response to any Solicitation at any time, with or without cause.
