Expression of Interest for Commercial Banking Services and Cash Management

The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) is seeking expressions of interest from qualified commercial banks to provide comprehensive commercial banking and cash management services. The desired services include depositing, disbursing, monitoring, reporting, and electronic cash management. NYRA seeks a bank that can service all its deposits and withdrawals at each of its three tracks. The contract term is expected to be 5 years, from December 31, 2025, to December 30, 2030. • The bank must be FDIC insured and compliant with all federal and state regulatory authorizations. • The bank must provide online treasury management system, including payments, information reporting, check services, file services, technology solutions, and fraud control. • The bank must have experience in providing commercial banking services to similar organizations. • The bank must be willing to provide sponsorship and hospitality investments as part of their response. • The bank must have a dedicated team to service the NYRA account, with a clear reporting structure and roles and responsibilities. • The bank must provide a prospectus of the services required by NYRA, including costs, fees, and charges associated with the service.
