Description
The Pennsylvania State Police is seeking a vendor to provide and install equipment for two 2026 Ford Transit T150 Medium Roof 148” wheel base vans. The equipment includes a custom bench seat, ceiling handrails, and accessories. The vendor will be responsible for picking up the vehicles, upfitting them, and delivering the completed vehicles to the Pennsylvania State Police – Transportation Division. The project duration is estimated to be 1 year. Key requirements include:
• Providing and installing equipment for two vehicles
• Custom bench seat with padding and storage underneath
• Ceiling handrails
• Vehicle accessories, including a Havis PT-A-503 Ford Transit Prisoner Transport Vent Adapter Kit
• Electrical work, including a Volt Link VOLTLINK 6 blade fuse holder
• Delivery and service location at the Pennsylvania State Police – Transportation Division
• Manufacturer authorization letter, if applicable
• Service level agreements, including upfitting services and delivery of completed vehicles within 45 days
• Warranty on all installation services and manufacture warranty on all products
