Description
The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) is seeking a contractor to provide refuse services for the BIA Chinle Transportation. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract, and the contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, personnel, and services to meet the requirements of the solicitation. The performance location for this effort will be BIA, Chinle Transportation, Chinle, Arizona. The contractor will be permitted to telework/remote to the maximum extent practicable.
• The contractor must be an authorized reseller of the quoted solution with an active SAM.gov profile.
• The contractor must submit a quote that includes company information, pricing, and a signed and completed IEE Representation Form.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment, labor, and environmental protection.
• The contractor must provide a price quote in Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) format for the quoted solution to meet the needs of the requirement.
