The Ohio Department of Veteran Services, Ohio Veterans Home Georgetown, is seeking bids for gutter removal, disposal, and installation of new gutters and gutter guards at their facility located at 2003 Veterans Blvd, Georgetown, OH 45121. The project involves approximately 2560 lineal feet of gutters and 75 downspouts. The contractor must provide high-quality work, meet industry standards, and comply with all federal, state, and local regulations. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for October 28, 2025, at 10:00 am. The contractor will be responsible for removing debris, obtaining permits, and ensuring the safety and welfare of employees, residents, and property.
