Description
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking proposals for the annual bulk fuel procurement for the Inland/East/Gulf Coast/Offshore (IEG) purchase program. The program involves the procurement of various types of fuel, including Turbine Fuel, Aviation, JP8, JP5, JAA, and Fuel, Naval Distillate, F76. The products must conform to specific military specifications, such as MIL-DTL-83133K, MIL-DTL-5624X, ASTM D-1655, and MIL-DTL-16884P. The ordering period is from the date of award through March 31, 2027, and the delivery period is from April 1, 2027, through March 31, 2028, with a 30-day carryover. The methods of delivery will be tanker, barge, truck, railcar, and/or pipeline, both FOB Origin and Destination, depending on the specific requirement and location.
• The total estimated quantities of fuel to be procured are: 1,000,000 USG of Turbine Fuel, Aviation, JP8, 303,146,000 USG of Turbine Fuel, Aviation, JP5, 1,232,584,000 USG of Turbine Fuel, Aviation, JAA, and 219,404,000 USG of Fuel, Naval Distillate, F76.
• The products must conform to the specified military specifications.
• The ordering period is from the date of award through March 31, 2027.
• The delivery period is from April 1, 2027, through March 31, 2028, with a 30-day carryover.
