Negative Pressure Wound Therapy Equipment and Supplies

The North Carolina Department of Adult Correction is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide daily rental of Negative Pressure Wound Therapy Equipment and purchase of disposable supplies. The contract will be for a term of one year, with the option to renew for up to two additional one-year terms. The vendor will be required to provide equipment and supplies to various correctional facilities across the state. The proposal should include a technical approach, pricing, and other relevant information. • The vendor must provide the 3M model # ULTDEV01/US.P V.A.C. Ulta Therapy System rental or functional equivalent. • The vendor must provide an ordering procedure for rental units and associated supplies. • The vendor must have the capability to deliver rental equipment ordered next day as requested by the Department. • The vendor must have a process for the return of unopened, unused equipment and return of used rental equipment. • The vendor must provide training at no cost as requested by DAC on the setup, use, and functionality of the NPWT equipment.
