Description
The United States Coast Guard is seeking information from interested parties for the renewal of Main Diesel Engines (MDE) on their 270' Medium Endurance Cutter (MEC) fleet. The work includes the removal and installation of MDEs, as well as the installation of new lube oil coolers and other related equipment. The Coast Guard is requesting feedback on the proposed work specification and is seeking information on the capabilities and experience of potential contractors. The key aspects of the job include:
