The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) IT Division is seeking a vendor to provide an annual subscription renewal for ZixEncrypt Plus, a secure email encryption solution. The contract will cover software licensing, maintenance, and support for the Privacy and Security Office.
