STX)-2026-008 (Drug and Alcohol Testing Services in the St. Croix District

The Virgin Islands Port Authority is seeking the services of one or multiple firms to provide scheduled and random drug and alcohol testing to potential new hires and employees of VIPA on the island of St. Croix. The services are needed to promote a safe and secure environment for employees and passengers operating and traversing at VIPA's ports, facilities, and vehicles. The selected contractor will be responsible for furnishing all necessary labor, supplies, and equipment required to provide the services on an on-call, as-needed basis, including after hours and weekends. The contract term will be for three years, with two one-year options for renewal. • The contractor must provide all necessary equipment and supplies for the testing services. • The contractor must have a valid business license and necessary endorsements. • The contractor must provide proof of liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance. • The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide references and prior experience, preferably with other governmental agencies.
