The City of Kenosha is seeking a qualified contractor to perform a comprehensive electrical installation and related civil work at the Celebration Place Power site. The scope includes site preparation, concrete sidewalks, underground conduit installation, electrical service equipment, and ancillary improvements such as sprinkler repairs and custom pedestal stands. Bidders must submit a “Bidder’s Proof of Responsibility” form and pay a $22 delivery fee for plan access. • Install 4‑inch concrete sidewalks, base aggregate, topsoil, and lawn sod. • Provide underground conduit (non‑metallic schedule 40, HDPE) ranging from 1‑ to 3‑inch diameters, and install electrical service meter cabinets, breaker panels, and a 400 A, 120/240 V control cabinet (labor only). • Perform ancillary work including sprinkler system repair, custom pedestal stands, and any incidental items needed to complete the power upgrade.
