Window Washing Services

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide window washing services for the Kerrville VA Medical Center. The contractor will be responsible for cleaning all windows, including interior and exterior surfaces, as well as glass doors, sidelights, and entryway glass. The contract will require two complete cleaning cycles per year, with the first cycle to be completed as soon as possible after award and coordination. The contractor will need to provide all necessary equipment and personnel to complete the work. • The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option for renewal. • The contractor will need to provide proof of insurance and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor will need to coordinate with VA staff to minimize disruption to patient care and facility operations. • The contractor will need to ensure the safety of patients, staff, visitors, and property throughout the performance of the contract.
