Boone AASF Modernize Lighting

The Iowa Department of Public Defense (Iowa Army National Guard) is seeking professional services to perform an LED retrofit at the Boone AASF Complex. The project involves removing existing non-LED light fixtures and installing new, energy-efficient LED light fixtures throughout the facility, as well as replacing exterior wall packs and display lighting. The goal is to reduce energy consumption, lower maintenance costs, and improve lighting quality. • The project is located at the Boone Army Aviation Support Facility (AASF) in Boone, Iowa. • The facility is approximately 34,185 square feet. • The project includes the installation of controls such as office occupancy sensors, dimmer switches, and photocell devices to maximize energy savings and optimize lighting performance. • A pre-bid walkthrough is available on Thursday, 2/12, at 0900. • All bids should be entered as a lump sum amount.
