NIWTP Biosolids Sludge Dryer Alternative Building D/B

The USIBWC is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a design-build contract to construct a new building at the Nogales International Wastewater Treatment Plant (NIWTP) in Santa Cruz County, Arizona. The new facility will house advanced sludge dewatering and drying equipment, including polymer equipment, as part of the NIWTP's biosolids management upgrade. The project includes design and construction of the new building, demolition of existing equipment, relocation of a metal structure, and all associated site work, utilities, permitting, and commissioning. The final product shall be a fully commissioned, turn-key building with all required utilities and site improvements, ready for immediate use upon completion.
