Description
The City of Salina is seeking a qualified contractor to demolish the existing scale house and truck scale, then construct a new scale house, two NTEP‑certified truck scales, a utility garage, associated pavement, fencing, storm‑shelter, septic system, and related site work at its municipal solid waste landfill. The scope includes demolition, earthwork, utility relocations, storm‑water and erosion control, paving (asphalt and concrete), fencing with automated gates, and full traffic management while maintaining two‑lane flow throughout construction. The contractor must also provide temporary facilities, waste management, and coordinate with local utilities and the Engineer.
