Description
The State of Colorado, Department of Personnel and Administration (DPA), Integrated Document Solutions (IDS) program is seeking a vendor to provide specified 24/60 pound (lb) roll stock paper. The contract will be for a term of approximately 7 months, with a maximum budget of $250,000. The successful bidder will be required to provide paper that meets specific specifications, including basis weight, brightness, opacity, and coefficient of friction. The paper will be shipped on an "as needed" basis, with an estimated six truckloads of approximately 40 rolls per truckload. The State will consider factors such as price, conformance to specifications, and delivery time capabilities in evaluating bid responses.
