Description
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services, including cleaning, janitorial supplies, and routine maintenance, at three locations in California: the White Mountain Ranger Station & Visitor Center, Mount Whitney Ranger Station Administrative Site, and the Mt. Whitney Eastern Sierra Visitor Center. The contract is set aside for small business concerns, and the applicable NAICS code is 561720. The contractor will be required to provide services Monday and Thursday, with the option to coordinate alternate service days with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) as needed. The contract period is from 07/06/2026 to 05/31/2031.
• The contractor must provide a Quality Control Program, including a contractor-developed task checklist.
• The contractor must perform monthly deep cleaning or heavy scrub of non-carpeted flooring.
• The contractor must perform annual steam cleaning of carpeted areas.
• The contractor must provide past performance questionnaires for the prime contractor, teaming partners, and critical subcontractors.
