Description
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) is seeking to award a five-year, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Configuration Management Professional (CMPRO) configuration management support services. The contract will be awarded on a sole source basis to Purvis Systems, Incorporated. The services required include configuration management support in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) Attachment 1. The contract will have a minimum guarantee of $25,000 and a maximum ceiling of 5200 hours.
• The contract will be for a period of five years, with five consecutive one-year ordering periods.
• The contract will include firm fixed priced provisions for configuration management support services.
• The offeror shall provide fully burdened, firm fixed priced hourly labor rates for services performed under SOW Task 4.1.
• The contract will include provisions for the protection of Government interests, including the prohibition on requiring certain internal confidentiality agreements or statements.
• The contract will also include provisions for the payment of executive compensation and first-tier subcontract awards.
