Harvest Water On Farm Connection Assembly (OFCA) Phase 2

The Sacramento Area Sewer District is seeking bids for the construction of approximately 35 On-Farm Connection Assemblies (OFCAs) on 34 sites in Southern Sacramento County. The project includes piping and appurtenances, site grading, construction of farm roads, culverts, fencing, and electrical equipment. The estimated contract cost is $14,700,000. A mandatory pre-bid conference and walk-through will be held on March 18, 2026. • The project requires a General Engineering Contractor, Class A license. • The contractor must perform at least 30% of the contract total bid price with its own forces and organization. • The contractor must list all subcontractors and their portions of work in the bid. • The contractor must provide a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check in an amount not less than 10% of the total bid amount. • The contractor must submit a statement of experience and business standing within 7 days after the opening of bids.
