Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract with William Pevear Architects, Inc. for the construction of the 523A5-18-371 Building 4 Elevator Replacement project. The contract is for Construction Period Services, which include review and approval of construction submittals, response to Request for Information, change order review and recommendations, and site visits. The period of performance is 365 calendar days.
• The contractor will provide Construction Period Services as the Architect/Engineer Designer of Record.
• The services were previously awarded but were descoped due to expired funding.
• The contractor will review and approve construction submittals, samples, shop drawings, and schedules.
• The contractor will respond to Request for Information and review change orders.
• The contractor will prepare cost estimates and provide site visits as required.
