Description

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Maritime is soliciting a firm‑fixed‑price contract to supply two (2) portable vibration analyzers (P/N C70X‑G04) with advanced analysis capabilities, including route data, high/low frequency analysis, transient analysis, dynamic balancing, octave analysis, sound level meter, calibration firmware, audio functions, data management viewer, and a rugged poly‑propylene case. Delivery is FOB destination to the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard in Bremerton, WA, with a required receipt date on or before 10 Oct 2026. Offerors must be registered in SAM, provide complete pricing on a unit‑price line‑item basis, and submit all required representations, certifications, and manufacturer traceability documentation. The solicitation is a 100 % total small‑business set‑aside (including HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, EDWOSB) and will be awarded to the lowest‑priced, responsive, and responsible small business.

Budget estimate

$20,000 – $60,000

The solicitation does not disclose a unit price. Comparable commercial vibration analyzers with the described feature set typically range from $10,000 to $30,000 per unit. Because the contract is for two units, the total contract value is likely to fall between $20,000 and $60,000, assuming standard government pricing adjustments and small‑business discounts. Factors influencing the final amount include the selected vendor’s pricing strategy, any required accessories, and applicable government fees or taxes.
