This solicitation seeks qualified contractors to replace and upgrade vehicle‑maintenance hoist equipment at two Metropolitan Council garages in Minnesota. The work includes the removal of existing hoists, installation of new parallel hoists, inground piston hoists, and wireless mobile‑column lifts, and associated electrical and structural modifications. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder through an electronic bid submission process.
• Replace existing hoist systems at M.J. Ruter Garage (Brooklyn Center) and East Metro Garage (St. Paul).
• Install three parallel hoists, one inground 2‑piston hoist, one inground 3‑piston hoist, and sixteen wireless mobile‑column vehicle lifts.
• Provide all labor, materials, testing, and warranty support; comply with a 5 % MCUB small‑business participation goal.
