Description
The Manchester VAMC is seeking a contractor to provide Integrated Pest Management (IPM) services, including pest control, removal, and prevention, for the facility. The contract will be for a base year with four option years. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials to perform the services. The contractor will also be required to have experience in the pest industry and maintain proper pesticide General Liability insurance.
* Services include:
+ Pest control and removal
+ Pest prevention
+ IPM plan development and implementation
+ Structural and procedural variations to reduce pest infestations
+ Surveillance, trapping, pesticide application, and pest removal
+ Emergency response services
+ Routine service visits (twice a week)
+ Exterior and interior fly light installation and maintenance

+ Experience in the pest industry
+ Proper pesticide General Liability insurance
+ Compliance with Federal and Agency records management policies
+ Compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards
