The City of Columbus, Department of Public Service is receiving bids for construction services for the Pedestrian Safety - Walford Street, Sharbot Drive, and Northtowne Boulevard Sidewalks project. The project involves construction of sidewalks along both sides of Walford Street, Sharbot Drive, and Northtowne Boulevard, including curb ramps and drive approaches, post-construction drainage, and stormwater control. • The project requires construction of sidewalks along both sides of Walford Street from Belcher Drive to Morse Road. • The project requires construction of sidewalks along both sides of Sharbot Drive from approximately 350 feet west of Caravan Road to Heaton Road. • The project requires construction of sidewalks along both sides of Northtowne Boulevard from Morse Road to Jonathon Court. • The project includes installation of curb ramps and drive approaches. • The project includes post-construction drainage and stormwater control. • Bids are to be submitted only at www.bidexpress.com. • Hard copies shall not be accepted. • A pre-bid meeting will not be held.
