Notice of Intent - Sole Source Modifications for AE MATOC Italy

The 414TH Contracting Support Brigade (CSB) intends to negotiate and award a sole-source modification to increase the shared maximum ordering ceiling of the AE Services Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) CLIN 0001. The modification is necessary to address an unanticipated surge in AE requirements to support USAG-Italy deteriorating infrastructure. The Government has determined that the existing CLIN 0001 prime contractors are the only sources capable of providing continuous performance without causing unacceptable delays and substantial duplication of costs. • The affected IDIQ contracts are W912PF22D0001, W912PF22D0002, W912PF22D0003, and W912PF22D0004. • The Government intends to increase the CLIN 0001 shared maximum ordering ceiling by $700,000. • The modification does not extend the current ordering period, which concludes on 9 February 2027, nor does it alter the scope of the base contracts. • Interested parties may submit a capability statement demonstrating their ability to perform Architect-Engineer (AE) full-spectrum design and engineering services.
