P200 High Voltage Power Substation Suppliers

The US Navy is conducting a market survey to identify potential commercial availability of high voltage power substation suppliers in the South Carolina area for the design-bid-build (DBB) P200 Nuclear Power Training Facility Simulation Expansion at Joint Base Charleston, SC. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to determine if there are commercially available high voltage power substation suppliers that have built a 115kV to 13.8kV substation at JB Charleston and connected such substation to the Dominion Energy South Carolina (DESC) energy grid on the 115kV high voltage side. Interested vendors are invited to submit a brief capabilities statement package demonstrating their ability to provide the service.
