HS Fire Sprinkler Inspections & Deficiency Repair Bid

The Bridgewater-Raynham Regional School District is seeking bids from qualified fire sprinkler contractors for the inspection, evaluation, repair, and targeted replacement of fire sprinkler system components at the Bridgewater-Raynham Regional High School. The project includes a comprehensive visual inspection of the fire sprinkler system, deficiency correction, and targeted replacement of components. The contractor must provide all necessary labor, materials, supervision, equipment, permits, and documentation to complete the work. Key aspects of the project include: • Inspection of sprinkler heads, piping condition, pipe hangers and supports, attachment hardware, and signs of corrosion or damage • Repair or replacement of deficient components, including damaged or corroded sprinkler heads and loose or missing pipe hangers or supports • System restoration, including coordination of shutdowns with the District and minimization of system impairments • Provision of written deficiency reports, summaries of repairs completed, and certification that repaired areas are operational • Compliance with NFPA 25 inspection standards and Massachusetts Fire Code requirements
