2026 LOS ANGELES BUSINESSSOURCE CENTER OPERATORS

The City of Los Angeles is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to operate a BusinessSource Center (BSC) in the City. The BSC will provide training, technical assistance, and consulting services to businesses in the City, with a focus on low- to moderate-income areas. The selected operator will be responsible for managing the BSC, providing services to clients, and meeting performance measures established by the City. • The BSC will provide services such as business planning, financial literacy, marketing, and procurement assistance to microenterprises and small businesses. • The operator will be responsible for outreach and recruitment of clients, as well as providing individualized services to meet the needs of each client. • The City will provide funding for the BSC, with a total budget of up to $7,250,000. • The operator will be required to meet performance measures, including the number of new businesses launched, jobs created or retained, and capital infused into the community.
