Equipment Load Testing at Dover AFB

The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide equipment load testing services at Dover AFB. The contractor will be responsible for transporting equipment to and from the base, performing load tests, and providing certifications. The contract will be a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for five years. The contractor will need to comply with various regulations, including security and antiterrorism awareness training. • The contractor will perform scheduled and unscheduled load testing on equipment listed in Attachment 1. • The contractor will provide labor, testing equipment, materials, and incidentals unless otherwise specified. • The contractor will deliver equipment to the owner within 7 days in an acceptable manner after performing the required load tests. • The contractor will provide location and contact information for the facility where the equipment is being tested. • The contractor will comply with all security instructions and directives of Dover AFB.
