Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking to lease approximately 4,891 to 5,435 square feet of retail space in Yuma, Arizona, for a term of up to five years. The space will be used for an Armed Forces Career Center. The lease should be a fully serviced lease with rent covering all operating costs, real estate taxes, and related insurance. The building should have adequate mass transit, 24-hour unrestricted access, and meet specific requirements for parking, ingress/egress, and accessibility. The successful offeror will be required to provide a conceptual floor plan, site plan, and other documentation as part of their proposal. Some key requirements include:
• 24-hour unrestricted access to the leased space
• Availability of all communications infrastructure
• Direct access to secondary exterior exit door from the lease space
• 24-hour lighted parking for 14 government-owned vehicles and additional parking for employee vehicles and visitors
• Compliance with the Government Lease and accessibility requirements
• No known hazardous conditions or recognized environmental conditions that would pose a health and safety risk or environmental liability to the Government.
