Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide semiannual cleaning and maintenance of building gutters, downspouts, and roof drains at the VANJHCS. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, equipment, materials, and tools necessary to perform the work. The contract will be for a period of one year with four option years. The contractor must comply with the Service Contract Act and pay employees at least the minimum wage rates listed in the wage determination.
