All-In-One Fluorescence Microscope

The University of Iowa is seeking a supplier to provide an All-In-One Fluorescence Microscope for research purposes. The microscope must have various features such as brightfield, phase contrast, and fluorescent imaging capabilities, electronic control systems, and a camera system. The supplier must also provide installation, training, and maintenance services. The university prefers a microscope that can be adapted over time to meet the evolving needs of their researchers. • The microscope must be equipped with light sources that support both brightfield illumination and fluorescence excitation across visible wavelengths. • The system must have a mechanism to minimize environmental vibrations. • The microscope must include a combination of 4 Objective Lenses (4X Phase, 10X Phase, 20X Phase, and 40X apochromat). • The system must enable image acquisition parameters to be stored and applied to other samples treated with the same conditions. • The microscope must be equipped with a function that automatically selects regions of interest based on contour, color contrast, and intensity.
