The Town of Colchester is seeking bids for Water and Sewer Easement Clearing services. The bid is due on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. The scope of work includes clearing of water and sewer easements. The bid will be opened at the Colchester Town Hall, Meeting Room 1, 127 Norwich Avenue, Suite 201, Colchester, CT. • The bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked, “Water and Sewer Easement Clearing RFP 2026-01”. • Any questions concerning this bid may be answered via addenda in response to RFI’s submitted to Angela Petrowski. • The Town of Colchester reserves the right to reject any and all bids. • The successful bidder will be required to provide proof of insurance and bonding.
