Description
The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Aviation Division is seeking a qualified firm for professional services related to the Hereford Municipal Airport. The selected firm will prepare an Airport Layout Plan (ALP) with a narrative, including an 18B Obstruction Survey and pavement classification number (PCN) study. The project requires the firm to have experience in airport planning, surveying, and CAD. The firm must submit a qualifications statement, including information about their project understanding, technical approach, and proposed project schedule. The evaluation criteria for the selection of the firm include capability to perform the required services, recent experience in airport planning, ability to meet schedules and deadlines, and proposed technical approach and schedule.
