Description
The US Coast Guard Air Station Barbers Point is seeking to procure 19 memory foam mattresses. The mattresses must meet specific technical and material specifications, including size, thickness, comfort level, core construction, cover fabric, safety certifications, fire safety, and foundation compatibility. The vendor must include all logistics and delivery management costs in their quote and deliver the mattresses to the USCG Air Station Barbers Point in Kapolei, HI. The award will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable.
• The mattresses must be standard full-size, precisely 54” W x 75” L.
• The mattresses must have a minimum profile height of 13 inches.
• The mattresses must have a medium-firm comfort level.
• The mattresses must have a multi-layer, all-foam system comprising therapeutic gel memory foam, dynamic transition support foam, and high-density endurance support foam base.
• The mattresses must have a removable, breathable cooling poly-blend cover integrated with heat-wicking cooling fibers and antimicrobial treatments.
• The mattresses must be 100% CertiPUR-US certified and 100% fiberglass-free.
• The mattresses must be fully compatible with solid platforms, slatted bases, bunkie boards, and adjustable bases.
• The vendor must include a minimum 5-year commercial warranty against manufacturing defects and structural sagging over 1.5 inches.
