Ceiling repair, laundry room preparation and miscellaneous finishes services

The United States Embassy San Salvador is seeking a contractor to perform ceiling repair, laundry room preparation, and miscellaneous finishes services at the Police Barracks located within the American Embassy Compound in El Salvador. The contractor will be required to commence work within 10 calendar days after receiving the notice to proceed and complete the work within 15 calendar days. The contractor must also provide a bank guarantee as a form of payment protection. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submission of their quotation. • The contractor must provide proof of active registration in SAM. • The contractor must comply with all laws, codes, ordinances, and regulations applicable to the performance of the work. • The contractor must provide general liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $500,000 per occurrence and $1,000,000 cumulative. • The contractor must provide payment and performance bonds. • The contractor must provide a list of workers and supervisors assigned to the project for security checks.
