Service and maintenance of the AmeriWater Reverse Osmosis (RO) Water Treatment System and VIQUA Ultraviolet {UV) Water Disinfection System at the Naval Medical Center San Diego

The Defense Health Agency is seeking a contractor to provide service and maintenance for the AmeriWater Reverse Osmosis (RO) Water Treatment System and VIQUA Ultraviolet (UV) Water Disinfection System at the Naval Medical Center San Diego. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring the systems meet the AAMI ST-108 standards for water quality. The contract will be for a period of one year, with options for additional years. The contractor must provide a firm-fixed-price quote for all contract line-item numbers. • The contractor must have experience with similar systems and be able to demonstrate their technical capability to perform the required services. • The contractor must provide a past performance questionnaire with references for two projects where they have provided similar services within the past three years. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) with the appropriate NAICS code and completed representations and certifications. • The contractor must comply with all RFQ instructions and submit a complete and accurate quote.
