Description
The City of Baton Rouge, Parish of East Baton Rouge is seeking bids for Original Equipment Manufacturer Standard Replacement Parts and Manufacturer Authorized Service for KOHLER GENERATORS. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to extend for up to two additional years. The City-Parish is looking for a contractor who can provide high-quality parts and services to maintain their KOHLER GENERATORS. The contractor will be required to provide proof of insurance and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Some key aspects of the job include:
* Providing OEM SRP & MAS for KOHLER GENERATORS
* Delivering items on time to City-Parish final destinations within East Baton Rouge Parish
* Prepaying all freight charges
* Ensuring all products are new and all work is performed according to standard practices
* Providing a one-year guaranty for all workmanship and materials
* Complying with the City-Parish's cybersecurity training requirements
* Participating in the City-Parish's Fair Chance Ordinance
* Complying with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Some key requirements for the contractor include:
* Being registered to do business with the City-Parish
* Having a current occupational license and/or permit issued by the City-Parish
* Complying with the City-Parish's procurement policies and procedures
* Providing a detailed plan for utilizing small, minority, and women-owned businesses as subcontractors
* Complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
