The FDA is seeking a preventive maintenance-repair (PM/R) service agreement for a Bruker 7T scimaX mass spectrometer. The agreement will be for a base period of six months, with two optional one-year extensions. The selected contractor will be required to provide on-site maintenance, technical support, and repair services for the mass spectrometer. The contractor must also provide a field service report after each service call, detailing the work performed and any parts replaced. The FDA is looking for a contractor that can provide high-quality service and support to ensure the mass spectrometer is always operating optimally. Key responsibilities of the contractor will include:
* Providing on-site preventive maintenance visits
* Offering priority access to technical support
* Performing on-demand corrective maintenance visits
* Providing engineer labor, travel, and factory-certified replacement parts
* Ensuring all maintenance activities are performed by formally trained and certified technicians and/or engineers.
The FDA will evaluate offers based on technical acceptability and price. The lowest-priced offer that meets the technical requirements will be selected.
