The City of Mableton is soliciting a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive janitorial services for approximately 11,630 sq ft of municipal court and administrative office space. Services include daily cleaning five evenings per week, plus on‑call emergency, event‑related, deep‑cleaning, floor‑care, and carpet‑cleaning as needed. The contractor must supply all labor, supervision, equipment, cleaning chemicals, PPE, transportation, and quality‑control documentation, and must meet strict security and background‑screening requirements for work in secure court areas. The contract will be performance‑based with optional renewal periods extending up to five years.
