2026 CAPITAL - INFRASTRUCTURE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

The City of Cleveland is seeking professional services for the management, monitoring, inspection, reporting, and ensuring of public and private work in compliance with City standards. The selected firm will be responsible for overseeing the execution of the project, verifying compliance, and ensuring quality standards are met. The scope of work includes inspection services for ODOT capital projects, public utility work, and program management/inspection services for City programs. The City is looking for a firm with experience in construction management, inspection services, and program management, and the ability to provide a team with the necessary qualifications and expertise. • The project involves managing and monitoring various construction projects throughout the City. • The selected firm will be responsible for ensuring compliance with City standards and specifications. • The firm will be required to provide a team with the necessary qualifications and expertise, including a project manager, inspectors, and a certified arborist. • The project duration is on a project-to-project basis, with the possibility of reduced staffing during non-peak construction seasons. • The City is committed to increasing participation by certified Cleveland Small Business (CSB), Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), and Female Business Enterprise (FBE) firms in City contracts.
