Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a supplier to provide a Luminex LX200 Platinum Maintenance and Service plan. The plan should include all necessary maintenance and service to ensure the proper functioning of the equipment. The supplier should be registered in Alabama Buys and should log into the solicitation at the Public Solicitation site prior to the close date and time. The supplier should submit responses electronically through Alabama Buys.
• The supplier should agree to furnish each item or service offered at the price quoted.
• The supplier should comply with all terms and conditions contained within this solicitation.
• The supplier should not be barred from bidding or entering into a contract.
• The supplier should certify that they are in full compliance with Section 41-4-142, and are not barred from bidding or entering into a contract as a result.
The scope of work includes providing maintenance and service for the Luminex LX200 equipment. The supplier should ensure that all services are performed in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and industry standards.
